This serviced building was once the home of author W. Somerset Maugham. The flats have been refurbished and decorated in traditional English style. Rooms are spacious and have high ceilings.
There is a Resident manager and 24-hour security, video entry system and the nearest tube is Green Park, which is 5 minutes away and Hyde Park Corner is 7 minutes away.
All of the flats have the same high standard of comfort and style. Living rooms have a comfortable sofa, substantial oak furniture, cable TV, video, CD player, direct dial phone and answering machine. Dining areas have large tables and sturdy chairs. Large windows look out to street or garden views. Modern kitchens have a refrigerator/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer.
Bedrooms have either a queen bed or twin beds, excellent storage. Master bedrooms have a TV and the bathrooms have a tub and a shower. Flats are serviced Monday through Friday (daily by special arrangement). Additional services, gym membership, cleaning, shopping, fax machines, video library are all available at an additional cost.
