We had a great time in Draycott Place Chelsea. Could not fault the apartment – the best part was the large living area with sunlight. Luckily we were in London the week prior to the heavy rain and floods. I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to other people. The girls on site in the office were very helpful too. We will be back !!!!!!!!!!

Emmy, it worked out great! good location, roomy, the manager was a delight, and the concierge were very helpful. Easy for transportation. I still have you in my contacts and would certainly work with you again when we can afford the next trip!!!!

I started an email correspondence with Emmie looking for specific dates for our two month stay in London. Emmie tirelessly suggested multiple addresses and apartments to fit my dates,price point, liking, and desired requirements. When each was rejected she answered back with further suggestions and gently stretched my neighborhood search to include those not previously considered. Each option came with a brief “insider” description that was quite helpful.

Thanks SO MUCH for all your help. You are a true professional and very much appreciated. Moving forward, you are the only agent that will be listed as my contact for apartment searches in London. I am sure there will be another candidate sent over next year as we have a very young team and my boss intends to give all team members the opportunity to do this exchange with our London office.
